(St. Louis)- Thursday, June 24, Alderman Kacie Starr Triplett (D-6th Ward) provided an inspirational speech to high school students regarding the importance of attaining a college education. The students are part of an intensive six-week program held at St. Louis University which is designed to prepare students for college entrance exams and university life.
