Christ Church Cathedral members

Normally, it’s “Alderman Triplett At Your Crib” but this Sunday, it was “Alderman Triplett At Your Church” .

I provided my State of the 6th Ward presentation/road show to the members of the Christ Church Cathedral located in the Downtown West neighborhood and across from Lucas Park. What a diverse and interested group  this morning! About 35 members of Christ Church Cathedral gathered between services to listen to an update on events concerning the City of St. Louis and the 6th Ward.

These members were no “sleepy parishoners” and afterwards we engaged in great discussion as they shared their ideas, thoughts, and comments on ways to better our City. Providing the “State of the Ward” presentation is really a shining example of how government works best. When I campaigned for this position almost three years ago, I promised residents of the 6th Ward that I would make myself accessible and open to their thoughts and ideas. I want residents of this City to be aware of current developments, new businesses entering into our neighborhood, and recent legislation impacting our City. All of that information is covered in the State of the Ward presentation; and it provides a wonderful opportunity for me to garner feedback and get even better ideas from the people who matter most.
