Residents around the 6th Ward came together to celebrate a strong community and a vibrant city. Gathering “just because” 6th Ward residents were treated to free hot dogs, hamburgers, snacks, music, games for the neighborhood children and free information from several community based agencies providing service in the ward.There is always a reason to celebrate in the 6th Ward, and I am always willing to pull various agencies together to bring fun, and most importantly a sense of community to the 6th Ward neighborhoods.
