So the campaign has just begun and already my favorite shoes are dead tired. I have been door-knocking for about two months now, and have worn my favorite brown suede moccassins just about every time.

Walking Shoes

Although they were really cheap, they are very comfortable and don’t pinch my toes when I walk. (Very good also for walking on concrete pavement, and taking shortcuts through the grass.) When retiring home this evening from another round of canvassing, I took a look at them, and almost felt sorry for them. They look worn out, but they are still so comfy. I’m not ready to retire them just yet. Buck up old shoes, we gotta lot more walking to do!
